One-on-One with Steve Adubato

I recently had the privilege of sitting down with Steve Adubato to talk about the Montclair Orchestra. A former New Jersey state legislator, Steve is today a distinguished broadcaster, author, and leadership coach. We had a great time discussing the leadership responsibilities of a conductor, music as a universal language, and of course the Montclair Orchestra’s unique role in shaping the next generation of musicians.
